Simply add

  • 500 g Chicken breast cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop: 35 mins

  1. Brown one finely chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter). Add chicken cubes and brown on medium heat.
  2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.              
  3. Stir in 1 Tbsp fresh cream and top with chopped coriander.

Serve with Naan bread and enjoy!
