A delicious base sauce made with chopped tomatoes, seasoned with garlic, basil and oregano.

- 250g pasta
- 2 Tbls oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbls crushed garlic
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 650g vegetables
- 50g fresh basil, chopped
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 35 mins
- Cook pasta as per pack instructions.
- In a pan, lightly brown chopped onion and garlic in oil.
- Sauté the vegetables, add the tomatoes and stir in the contents of the pouch.
- Allow to simmer for 20 mins.
- Stir into cooked pasta and garnish with basil.
Tasty Tip: Garnish with 25g Parmesan cheese.
