Korma
Curry Dry Cook-In Sauce
Simply add
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic & ginger
- 500g chicken cubes
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 400 ml canned coconut milk
- 100 ml water
Preparation Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion and chicken until lightly browned.
- Add the garlic & ginger and tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix contents of packet with coconut milk & cold water, and pour over the chicken mixture. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with almond flakes and fresh coriander, and serve with basmati rice.
