Durban Curry
Dry Cook-In Sauce
Simply add
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 500g chicken cubes
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 25 mins
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add chicken cubes and stir until browned. Add potatoes.
- Mix contents of packet with 400 ml water and tomato paste and add to chicken. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Simmer for 20 mins, stirring frequently.
Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice.
