Simply add

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 500g beef strips
  • 125g mushrooms
  • 1 red or green pepper
  • 450 ml milk

Preparation Instructions

Oven Bake: 30 mins

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and lightly brown beef, mushrooms & red/green pepper. Place in a casserole dish.    
  2. Mix contents of packet with milk. Bring to the boil in a frying pan while stirring continuously. Simmer for 1 minute and pour over beef mixture.    
  3. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, or until the beef is tender. Stir halfway through cooking time.        

Serve with pasta and garden salad.
