Chicken & Mushroom
Dry Cook-In Sauce
Simply add
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 500g chicken strips
- 1 onion
- 125g mushrooms
- 400ml milk
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 15 mins
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add chicken strips and stir until browned. Add mushrooms.
- Mix contents of packet with 400 ml milk and add to chicken. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Simmer for 10 mins, stirring frequently.
Serve with rice and salad.
