Chicken A La King
Dry Cook-In Sauce
Simply add
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 500g chicken strips
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 125 g mushrooms
- 400 ml milk
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 30 mins
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken and onion until lightly browned.
- Add the thinly sliced green pepper and sliced mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Mix contents of packet with milk and pour over the chicken mixture. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with white rice.
