Beef Stew with Rosemary
Dry Cook-In Sauce
Simply add
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 500g beef cubes
- 150g carrots
- 80g frozen peas
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 45 mins
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown chopped onion and beef cubes. Add carrots and stir for 5 minutes.
- Mix contents of packet with 400 ml cold water and add to beef. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Simmer covered, for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the frozen peas and simmer uncovered for a further 10 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
