Simply add

  • 500g Beef cubes    
  • 250g Vegetables

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop: 30 mins

  1. Brown beef cubes in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter).
  2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
  3. Add your favourite vegetables.
  4. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.  

Oven Bake: 60 mins at 180°C

  1. Brown beef cubes in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter).
  2. Place beef cubes and your favourite vegetables in a casserole dish, pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
  3. Cover & bake until cooked & tender, stirring halfway through cooking.  

Microwave (900 Watts): 20 mins at 180°C

  1. Place beef cubes in a microwaveable container.
  2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
  3. Microwave on 100% power until cooked & tender.
  4. For best results stir in vegetables halfway through cooking.
